About the Study

This report is a companion to the U.S. Culture Pulse 2025 report, part of the Fearless Culture Global Culture Pulse study conducted across 12 countries, including the United States, Sweden, Australia (APAC), Finland, Canada, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

The study examines the role of workplace culture today and how it’s managed across corporations, startups, nonprofits, and family businesses and will culminate in a global report.

The 2025 U.S. Nonprofit Culture Pulse study was conducted through confidential, in-depth interviews with Chief People and Culture Officers, senior HR leaders, and senior Operations leaders.

Linda Howard, Fearless Culture Associate, conducted 11 interviews between March and May 2025, a period of change in which nonprofit leaders were beginning to feel the impact of policy and funding changes being implemented by the new presidential administration.
